Choose the path to change and lead a better life

WHAT WE DO

Stillness Meditation

Stillness Meditation is a medically based form of meditation that exists outside of a cultural or religious context. It was developed in 1950’s by Dr Ainslie Meares and is the original form of therapeutic meditation. Meares taught people to relieve and manage anxiety by experiencing mental rest. When correctly practiced, anxiety levels are reduced and distressing symptoms gradually disappear – bringing about a more peaceful, balanced life. And Stillness Meditation is VERY simple.

End the Vicious Circle of Stress Before it Builds Up...

Without learning how to rest the mind, the level of stress and anxiety generally does NOT just go away ... instead it ‘compounds’ because the more stress you experience, the more stressed you get about being stressed. It’s a vicious circle effect that can and does destroy lives. Practising Stillness Meditation Therapy is a way for you to end that vicious circle and regain your inner peace. In fact studies have shown that it has a proven 97% success rate in lowering anxiety levels, reducing distressing symptoms and giving back your life again.

I am thrilled to say, that in just 2 months of attending your sessions combined with regular practice at home, the change in my life has been dramatic. I am now completely off all medication and functioning normally again. Unexpectedly and beyond my wildest hopes, I can also say that for the first time in 30 years I am tension and pain free with a deep sense of calm and well being. My life is no longer compromised, Stillness Meditation has brought back to me a joy I had long forgotten and I am deeply grateful.
 Many, many thanks.

“I had suffered quite severe anxiety symptoms for at least 15 years and sought many forms of treatment when I came across Pauline’s book In Stillness Conquer Fear. This so accurately described much of what I was experiencing. I felt Stillness Meditation might hold the key to some relief. So I travelled from Queensland to Melbourne to undertake a course. Two years later, after practice at home and intermittent visits to Melbourne I am virtually symptom free. Stillness is a wonderful life-long skill that has enabled me to feel so much better and to approach life with much greater calm and ease”

Thanks to stillness meditation I have learnt  how to stop and do nothing.  I feel calm in my everyday activities.  Thus my life has changed for the better  I feel in control, better about myself and others and the best thing is I smile a lot more and enjoy everyday.

"I am living it (Stillness) each day and I know just how powerful it is, first hand.  There is no better experience than being connected with that inner strength"
