I am thrilled to say, that in just 2 months of attending your sessions combined with regular practice at home, the change in my life has been dramatic. I am now completely off all medication and functioning normally again. Unexpectedly and beyond my wildest hopes, I can also say that for the first time in 30 years I am tension and pain free with a deep sense of calm and well being. My life is no longer compromised, Stillness Meditation has brought back to me a joy I had long forgotten and I am deeply grateful.
